Computer Science Open Lab

General Information: The Department of Computer Science Open Lab is located in the Science, Engineering and Technology Building (SETB) 1.508. This lab is equiped with 42 DELL Precision Workstation 380 Systems. Each system has an 160GB hard drive and 4GB of RAM. Each system has all the necessary software installed for the computer literacy programs to the advanced upper level CS/CIS courses. These include Visual Studio 2008, Frontpage, Adobe CS4 Master Collection, Matlab, Lisp, Prolog and Maya 2009. This computers also have the Sun Virtual Box witch allows the students to run open Suse on top of the windows operating system.
